Mark S. Fogel, SPHR , GPHR, and SHRM - SCP
CEO and Co-Founder of HC3.0

Mark builds great HR teams. He is an architect of high performance HR, who brings new and innovative ideas to the table continually. He possesses deep industry knowledge, meaningful insights, and a broad range of capabilities having worked in a wide array of industries and sectors.

As the former Chief Human Resource Officer at Leviton Manufacturing, The Marcum Group and most recently at Success Academy Charter Schools, Mark has spearheaded numerous initiatives positioning him as one of the most distinguished and disruptive HR executives in the country.

Mark has been honored by
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) nationally as their Human Capital Leader of the Year in 2007, and by HR Executive Magazine as an Honor Roll recipient in 2010 and “Best HR Ideas” in 2012. He has also been a recipient of SHRM’s innovation in a down economy award in 2009, Adelphi University's Teaching Excellence award in 2013, and named one of Long Island’s 50 most influential business leaders by Long Island Business News.  His HR teams have garnished numerous national and local awards for HR innovation, wellness and employee engagement including N.Y. State Best Company and Crain’s New York City Best Company to work for designations.

As a subject matter expert, Mark has spoken at SHRM and World at Work’s National Conferences on topics ranging from Employee engagement to Global HR.  He also speaks frequently at Industry and Educational events on a myriad of HR topics.  Mark holds the SPHR , GPHR, and SHRM - SCP designations. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and has completed Gallup's Strengths Coaching program.

Additionally, Mark is a Sr. Adjunct Professor at Adelphi Graduate School of Business. He is also a regular contributor on Fistful of Talent, the SHRM blog, and He is very active volunteering  serving on the Stevens Institute of Technology Business School Advisory Council and as an editorial review member of World at Works “Workspan” and “Journal” publications, Mark is quoted
